The grounds are seriously neglected, with overgrown grass and dim lighting making the outdoor areas feel neglected. The beach is quite a mess, littered with trash, which detracted from the overall experience. Internet connection is painfully slow, and the lack of basic amenities, like stocked towels in rooms and outdated keys for doors, adds to the discomfort. Noisy disturbances from nearby properties, like barking dogs and roosters, made it tough to get a restful night's sleep.

The beachside rooms offered a relaxing and spacious feel, with plenty of seating areas. I loved the large pool area—it was great for lounging with friends. The onsite restaurant, especially Scalliwag, served tasty food with attentive service, making meals enjoyable. However, multiple issues were disappointing. My room had outdated fixtures, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect. I experienced slow elevator service, which made getting between floors a hassle. The hotel grounds lacked maintenance. some areas felt overgrown and uninviting, which detracted from the overall experience. WiFi was noticeably slow. I hope they can improve on these aspects for a better stay.

Great pool area.

The location right near the beach allowed us to quickly access the water for swimming and sunbathing. The pool area was expansive and well-kept, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of friends without feeling cramped.

Some facilities appear to be in need of maintenance, like the elevator which operates slowly.

Great staff, needs a facelift

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room and the staff were super nice and helped me quickly when I asked for anything. The pool area was really nice to hang out in. That said, the room felt kinda old and the shower wasn't the best. Food from the restaurant was decent, but not wow.

The noise from barking dogs outside didn’t help with sleep, either.

Just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Olongapo with fantastic value for money. The food was decent, but the service at the restaurant was quick and friendly, which made meals enjoyable. Bring extra snacks in case the restaurant menu doesn't suit your taste.
